Resort Policies  

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week.

  • 2 night minimum stay required

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Cash or Check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 3% convenience fee.  Balance is due upon arrival.

  • Check-In Time 3:00 PM.

  • Check-Out Time 9:00 AM Memorial Day to Labor Day;  11:00 AM in all other season

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating

  • Sorry no pets, tents, RVs or fireworks permitted.

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly.

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Sunday to Sunday!

  • Partial week rentals during the summer season will be considered ONLY if cabin is vacant 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.
